In my 12+ years working with coaches, healers, visionaries, artists + entrepreneurs, I have discovered that a lack of confidence relates directly to a disconnect between the mind + body.
And I’m living proof that in working on a personal level to synthesize the material with the metaphysical directly benefits every single area of life - personal, professional + spiritual (because really… is there any difference between them?).
On a rainy late-winter morning in 2021, I sat quietly alone sipping tea in my favorite cafe when a message came through with the kind of clarity that made it seem like someone was sitting at the table with me. My guides, The Kite, said:
Teach the Universal Laws.
My reverie interrupted, I snapped to attention. I had heard of the Universal Laws but, other than the Law of Attraction, I couldn’t have named any of them.
Like many people, I knew about “The Secret” which became so wildly popular over a decade ago - and like many, I understood the concept on a logical level but I never seemed to accomplish manifesting my desired results which led me to stop applying myself because my failures directly contributed to sell-judgment + lack of esteem.
I kept mindlessly creating, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, inspired, discontented, sick, out of alignment + mired in self-doubt (among other expressions of disconnect. Whew. It wasn’t pretty.
Once I came to know, work with and understand through embodying these laws, things started happening quickly - at an accelerated, quantum pace. I would think about something I wanted and it would appear; I would want something done and it would happen. These laws helped me sync up to the machinations of a loving and abundant universe that wants to give us all we desire - we just need to become an energetic match for it.
